We are very unhappy with Aquascapes pools, we also did not choose them, our builder did. This company goes well with our builder because both have the worst customer service ever. I would never use Aquascapes. We had a leak in our pool forever and the owner of Aquascapes, gave me a long lesson in evaporation to explain why we had to pay so much more on our water bill. The "spool" is beautiful, however, we've been in the house since February 7th and it is still not working. We have had very little communication from the company. There are two leaks and the heater doesn't work. No one is updating us and basically is ignoring us. We did not choose this company, it was done through our builder. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Andrew spoke to David the week of Feb. 21-25 and told him he was bringing you guys a pool brush and advised David that Haywards warranty center had already been notified of the heater malfunction and was set up to repair. While checking for the pool leak on March 1st and 2nd Andrew communicated with David throughout the process.
