We called and talked to Kendall about our hot tub issue and she knew with talking to us what the issue could be. She had someone come out within a few days to look at it and identify the problem. The parts were ordered and as soon as the parts were in, they had the hot tub up and running for us. Kendall went above and beyond for us and called the manufacturer on a warranty issue on the outside hot tub skirting that they will be replacing for us as well. Great experience. Called the factory about a broken diverter valve and they immediately pushed me out to field service. Kendall from Aquarius called me, helped work through the problem I was having, and repeatedly contacted the manufacturer to try to resolve the problem. Communication from Aquarius was fantastic. The manufacturer service department finally contacted me via email and sent the replacement part. I couldn't be happier. Very, very good experience and outcome.

They told me I needed a WHOLE new wet motor, I believed I just needed the inner seal. They ordered a new wet motor it ended up being the wrong part. Before they admitted it was the wrong part they tried to tell me I needed an entire motor. I said no, so they sent a tech out a second time with the exact same wrong part AGAIN and he said they ordered the wrong part.
