The lack of communication and the lack of simple intelligence is astonishing. They were supposed to send me my security deposit. Caitlin told me she would be sending it out before May 30, and confirmed my home address. A few days later, she emailed again to state she was now sending it, and again, confirmed my home address. When my husband and I would visit Maine we always rented from Aquarius. They keep their properties immaculate and have always been responsive when we needed anything. Since moving back to Maine permanently, we have rented short term rentals from Aquarius for our visitors, and have always had exceptional service. We are considering renting our home while we do some traveling and if we do, we will be using Aquarius Property Management. Linda and her team treat every customer as family.
