I was a potential new customer. They put me in a waiting list and didn’t reach back to me until 3 months later and then once we spoke on the phone I told them I would call back the next day, and they gave up my spot on the waiting list and said I would have to wait again for potentially another 1-6 months. That would be the end of the summer. furthermore they don’t have any information in the system unless you have a contract with them.
