Shawn was the technician. He came to our house for service on our water filter change. He explained everything very well. He was very respectful of us and our property. Highly recommend
Erik was a very professional, friendly, and thorough plumber. He removed the existing toilet, addressed some minor issues, put together and installed the new toilet, caulked everything, and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived.
Over the weekend we saw that our washer hose was bulging and likely about to fail. Unfortunately the hose connection points were rusted such that they were unturnable and also in need of replacement. Josiah was professional and explained everything he did when looking over our problems. He gave us multiple options and quotes. We were even fit into their schedule for the very next morning.
