I have to say that I gave this some time and thought before posting this. I feel it's my responsibility to warn people about this place. They are a total rip off and scam! About 5 years ago they installed a water heater and sold me on a 10 year warranty. I think I paid over $1800. It seemed pricey but I figured I live in Kaukauna, the water is bad, the water heater will fail, and I will get a free one.
