Such an articulate company - from the 1st rep Mark who tested our water to the tech Eric who did the install. It's obvious they love this system & want us to be happy with it also. They were both very clean (no disturbance or mess to deal with) - I really appreciate this. Both of these guys were very polite & treated us with respect answering all of our concerns & just being fantastic to deal with - not at all like a company starting with the letters (Cul) - we walked away from them with a bad taste. Josiah was fantastic! He serviced my reverse osmosis system quickly and efficiently. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to best maintain the system going forward. What really stood out was how kind and thoughtful he was—he even offered to bring me some banana pepper plants from his own garden at home. That kind of personal touch is rare these days.
