We went to dinner at River Rock Pizza & Pasta Restaurant on 7/7/24, spent $94.66. My wife & I both got sick - Shrimp Appetizer & Shrimp Pasta - under cooked & bad shrimps. We got so sick, both stayed up all night........Complaint to the Manager, Customer Service Supervisor.....Also complete the complaint using the web form. Did not even get an acknowledgement of the complaint - never mind the refund. This is the worst / most poorly ran organizations and the management team.

Doreen Mielke 1/5 11 minutes ago on Google Booked a room for 3 nights there for new years. Internet didn’t work, the kürig coffee machine only made cold water, tv didn’t work and shower didn’t drain. Total nightmare. And don’t get me started on the pop corn ceiling and outdated beds etc. sucked it up. Went to New Year’s party and after balloon drop my husband popped a balloon with a pocket knife, put it back in his jeans and we got taken out by security and evicted from hotel. Everything about this place was top notch. The service in all areas of the place was fabulous. I can't wait to go back. They just have everything you need, food, fun and somewhere to sleep.

The Windows on the River buffet here is really good! Get the players card and you can get 25% off for up to 4 ppl.

Outback , clean rooms, comfort beds, great service from the staff especially those who took care of our rooms and check in. Love it here. Quiet. Slept great
