Sitting outside the stingray reef as I type. The sign says it opens at 11:00 and it is now 11:30. I even looked online before we got in the car to double check the time that everything opened. Very disappointed.
Service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Staff was very friendly. No complaints here.

Sat us by the aquariums cool area but everyone was standing right next to us while we are eating to see the tanks, Really just rude manners, it was like people sweeping when your eating. We got Cold Mac and cheese, burnt gumbo, more ice then drink, cold and hard sliced bread, "house" salad no flavor just crapy and so expensive not to mention took forever to get the food to the table after we ordered...never ever going back NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
Had company training class hosted in the ballroom upstairs for two weeks. Jamie did an awesome job taking care of us. She stayed on top of everything.
