The hostess made eye contact and walked away without acknowledging my wife and I when we approached the host stand at 7:30 pm on 12/11/16. After waiting 2 minutes for her to return, we decided to sit at the bar and wait there. The bartender noticed us but did not greet us and continued with her duties behind the bar. Food is � delicious � and the aquariums are spectacular!
This was a very beautiful restaurant and had extremely great service. It also had a little exhibit on floor one where you can feed the sting rays! �
We had 5 of the family for lunch on Thanksgiving day in Kemah. . Had a reservation, was seated earlier and had a very delightful dinner and drinks!
We had booked a birthday party at the Aquarium including Sting Ray Exhibit and somehow it was not showing up when we got there. We had 40 people (including 19 kids) and we were freaking out. The manager, Brian, took very good care of us by making sure we had the party after all and Samantha helped with the kids and the party. My hats go off to these two wonderful people for making this a success.
