I took my aunt to this dentist for a dental emergency. We had a great experience. Receptionists were professional and kind, especially Essence. She helped us with the check in. She was knowledgeable, efficient and has a very positive personality. She knows how to do her job and doesn’t waste anytime doing it. Dr. Mario Gagliardi was equally great: knowledgeable, professional and just hardworking. I would honestly transfer to this place if I hadn’t been a customer at my dentist for ten years. Place is clean and new too.
Wonderful staff. Soon as I walked in the door professionalism and niceness I felt in this office. Dr was so knowledgeable and good at explaining everything to me. Forgot the girl who polish my teeth she was so nice and really good at what she does. And best part of it all the office hours. I started new job and didn’t want to take off and they have hours that works good for me where I don’t have to take off and I been searching a dentist like this for years… 1st visit but a lifetime of coming in future.
It's only a bad review because they completely wasted my time & day. We arrived at 12:50 p.m for a 1:00 p.m appointment then waited in back until 1:37 p.m just for the dentist to come & talk to us for less than two minutes and leave again. The dental student them came back with papers and told us they were referring us to other locations in Columbus. Honestly I think they just wanted to be able to bill the insurance for money. That was a waste of a day.
