Bought our dream maker spa about 1.5 years ago. The display went blank about 7 months later. That was no big deal. It resets at 100, that worked for us. Now spa has power and no heat. 3k.
I found very little foam insulation between the inside and outside walls of the spa?!? I could stick my arm two feet inside the walls and very little insulation. The spa is advertised as “This Spa delivers optimum performance and requires less energy with full foam insulation”. I contacted the company and was told they would do nothing?!? Anyone considering buying an Aquarest Spa should verify the spa will have “full foam insulation as advertised” or not mind paying high electric bills.
Hi. Had an issue with my AR 300 spa. Everyone told me call a technician but called the customer support. 2 ladies told me about checking the fuse. They were right. Short trip to hardware store and $2.49. I have a new fuse and a working hot tub. Awesome troubleshooting to your team. I wish everyone was as helpful as them. Thanks. Time to get relaxed
I have had multiple exceptional experiences with customer service. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond on the 2 occasions I required a part and assistance. His dedication and ability to problem solve is exceptional. We've had a great overall experience with our hot tub and because of Chris and the customer service team I would not hesitate for a moment to buy a DreamMaker Spa again. Check 'em out. Anthony
Terrible service! They sell you the spa, but when it breaks after 4 days all they do is refer you to the manufacturer, who asks you to troubleshoot yourself. My spa arrived without clips to hold the lid on, which were sent a week later after I complained. 4 days into use, the control board has now supposedly broken, and I've had to call repeatedly to the manufacturer now to get them to do anything. They claim now it'll be 1-3 weeks for a tech, which puts me outside my 30-day return window and also conveniently will use up ab... read more
