I am very disappointed with this swimming pool membership . Every two weeks, in addition to the regular fees, they charge an extra $10 for each of us—myself, my daughter, and my husband—totaling $30. Their excuse is always that there was a “system issue” and the payment didn’t go through from my bank, so they add this penalty. This feels unfair and almost like a scam. People should be very careful and always check their bank accounts, because they may be overcharged just like we were.
For school I had to take swim lessons here from ages like 5-9, all I remember is none of the swim teachers ever smiled
