Based on my experiences these guys are INCOMPETENT! Different people every few weeks and mostly do not speak English. They recently left a filter valve in WRONG Position and almost burned up my pump motor. They previously stained my patio surface twice with chemicals ….and check out the filter strainer that my new pool service just found on their first visit…..I was wondering why there were white flakes all over bottom of my pool for last couple of months? Lucas is very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Great service. Very reliable and clean when working on my home. Shows up on time,which most company don't. Has alot of options and design input that really made our backyard unique to my family.
