Had a unique plumbing issue in the basement wall. Zack and Nathan were able to diagnose it and repair it quickly. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. Their employees are very courteous and knowledgeable at their job. What I expected to be a very costly repair turned out to be merely a break in the line and not a total line replacement. This turned out to be a less costly repair.
We had a water hammer situation (pipe burst) occur after a repair was made when the water was turned back on. While this was not the fault of the technician (he was amazing), he stayed past 8 on a Friday night fixing everything and checking all sources of water to make sure we were good. In addition, Aquanaut sent out a restoration company at their expense (again on a Friday night) to assess and dry out our ceiling and walls. I have used Aquanaut for years and they are always amazing and helpful. When I call they come by the end of the day.. They are the best!
