I had a very disappointing experience at Aqua Nail Salon. I came in for a brow service and clearly explained how I wanted my brows trimmed and shaped. The technician repeatedly told me she “knows what she’s doing” and refused to follow the specific instructions I gave. As the paying client, I expect my preferences to be respected. There are a few women who do good lashes. Nails are over priced. They definitely try to get over on pricing. They repeatedly try to give me the same man who messed my lashes up before. This is the last time I will making a appointment and still having to wait, I wont be going here again.

Everytime I come in they have different prices. I was charged $70 for a full set (almond shaped medium length) and they charged $15 extra for French tip which was no problem. I went back for a fill in on a very short set (just acrylic on top of my real nails) and was charged $63. Something isn’t adding up. When I asked about the price she said she charged me $3 to cut my already short nails down.
