I’ve been a loyal customer of the shop for almost 7 years now . I’ve had mostly great experiences and have continued to go even though I have not lived in that area in going on 4 years . That equals an almost 50 min drive btw from my new residence. However after today I will no longer patronize this business . This is my THIRD time being inconvenienced . I had a very disappointing experience at Aqua Nail Salon. I came in for a brow service and clearly explained how I wanted my brows trimmed and shaped. The technician repeatedly told me she “knows what she’s doing” and refused to follow the specific instructions I gave. As the paying client, I expect my preferences to be respected. During the service, she burned the skin underneath my brow. Instead of properly soothing the irritated area, she applied rubbing alcohol to it, which made the burning worse. There are a few women who do good lashes. Nails are over priced. They definitely try to get over on pricing. They repeatedly try to give me the same man who messed my lashes up before. This is the last time I will making a appointment and still having to wait, I wont be going here again.
