I’ve been a loyal customer of the shop for almost 7 years now . I’ve had mostly great experiences and have continued to go even though I have not lived in that area in going on 4 years . That equals an almost 50 min drive btw from my new residence. However after today I will no longer patronize this business . This is my THIRD time being inconvenienced . The person was filing my nails wrong and someone else had to finish. Not my regular nail shop but it's ok
I had a very disappointing experience at Aqua Nail Salon. I came in for a brow service and clearly explained how I wanted my brows trimmed and shaped. The technician repeatedly told me she “knows what she’s doing” and refused to follow the specific instructions I gave. As the paying client, I expect my preferences to be respected. During the service, she burned the skin underneath my brow. Instead of properly soothing the irritated area, she applied rubbing alcohol to it, which made the burning worse.
