Right after our pool was installed, our pump stopped working. We chose Aquaman because they were on a list of approved warranty vendors. When the heater broke a couple of years later, we called them again because they had previously been so helpful and easy to work with. This is where I truly began losing my faith in them. The woman who answered the phone was (and is) incredibly rude. The work we paid to have done was nothing more than a Band-Aid. Hired these folks to find my pool leak May 2022 . Said they located leak and then they disappeared . Never heard back from them. Called back this spring and was told the work order was lost .

Our pool pump went out a few days before we were hosting a end of school event. I called Aquaman and they squeezed in a new pump install two days later. Not only were the technicians professional, they finished the installation in a downpour. Thank you for saving the day!
