Do not give Josh money. He is a thief. I hired Josh and his company aquaman carpet services to install carpet and clean existing carpet... He requested partial payment to cover materials. Never showed up. Never delivered. The Arvada address listed is not his. It is his mothers. He is hiding from several customers who he has stolen money from.
The company cleaned our carpets, ducts, and took our hand woven rug on November 30, 2016. He said it would be returned after the holidays. We continued to make phone calls and leave messages and had no reply. We then resorted to reaching out via Facebook messages. This started on April 21, 2017. We were told that the rug would be dropped off that week, but it never showed. We have now been told a dozen times that the rug would be dropped off and never has it come. I have to say, I was skeptical when Josh first arrived. He wasn't in a hot water extraction truck and I was very nervous. (Having sold flooring for 20 years I had never used/recommended a company that didn't use hot water extraction) He explained his methods to me and told me to trust him and I am glad I did. Wow!! JUst had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did a truly amazing job. Took out pet stains and made my carpet look like new (saved me $3000.00 to get it replaced like I was going to do). They were on time and they explained exactly what they were doing. Best part, chemical free! I would definitely use them again and will recommend to my neighbors.Dean
