The detailing work itself was excellent -- our SUV looks MUCH better and it's clear a lot of time went into the job. However, the overall experience was disappointing because of how the pricing and communication were handled. We booked an interior detail online at $185 and specifically selected the "extra dirty" option because we knew the vehicle had heavy dog hair and would require extra work.
