This place has actually been here a few years but just recently was taken over by new owners in April. They do an absolute phenomenal job and customer service is top priority which I can appreciate given my line of work. They offer really good packages and do an excellent job. I have a Chevy traverse and they took their time on it! I saw a lot of very high end cars as well but mine was treated no differently! Right around the corner from The Glen! Highly recommend!!
We brought both my car and my wife’s car in on Sunday for a wash, and the lack of attention to detail was ridiculous. Her car was still filthy when they were done — it honestly looked like it hadn’t been washed at all. My car, which wasn’t even that dirty to begin with, came out looking just okay. I could’ve done a better job myself at home. Whether it’s under new management or not, nothing has changed — this place is still trash. Definitely won’t be coming back
I had scheduled an interior cleaning service for $210, which was subsequently adjusted to $235 due to my three-row SUV, a change I accepted. Following this, they suggested an engine bay cleaning for $50, which I also agreed to. However, they then proposed an additional $100 charge for "extra dirty cleaning," which I declined. This hand car wash shop is absolutely the best in Glenview! Such a friendly staff w/ great attitude & hospitality. The shop manager, Humza is very friendly & accommodating as he goes out & beyond to make sure that you leave highly satisfied. They hand wash/clean every aspects (interior/exterior) of your car at a great price! The hand wash quality of my car was totally awesome in which they left NO DIRT OR CLUTTERS behind. I highly recommend this hand car wash shop to anyone in the Chicago area!
