Previously rated 5 stars because I brought a couple vehicles to them and the owner is very kind. Unfortunately one of my vehicles was damaged in the full detailing process. The owner is working to rectify and find out exactly what happened. Hopefully I get some answers and he gets to the bottom of this. I have a video of the car from the morning of showing no damage (time stamped). This is not a small scratch or mistake. My other vehicle was completed properly.
What am I paying $40 for? Just for someone to quickly vacuum my car, or was that supposed to be a deep cleaning? It’s really unclear to me. The car wash was terrible. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to deal with it then, but this was probably my last time coming here. And on top of that, they suggest leaving a tip. A tip for what? For a poorly done job?

Aqualux Car Spa is the best business to go if you’re looking to get your car washed and detailed. They are very inexpensive and professionals. Today, I took my 2024 Kia Forte Sedan to get washed and detailed as it was looking horrendous for the past 3 months. From when I took it in to when I left the car spa, my car has never looked very better. My car is sparkling like the day I bought it from the dealership! Thank you so much guys, you guys rock!
