Wonderful company! Very professional and responsive. I use them every year for my Car Wash cleanouts. Highly recommend if you’re in the business and need your separation tanks, pits etc cleaned out.
We have 2 retention ponds that are part of our HOA. By order of the city of Everett we had to re-grade them. Over 20 years they fill in, even if properly maintained. I had 8 bids and Aqualis was in the middle range. They seemed to care more about the job than the others. So, they got to do it and did a fine job. They answer their emails, text and phone calls. The worst service. They stopped servicing our wetlands for months with no communication. When even contacting a senior director, they did not respond. There is no where to add a complaint as well. The entire customer service is really bad where they do not send any details on work performed. Beware and don’t take their service at all.
