Plumber showed up to evaluate my plumbing issues, got a quote and accepted the offer. He was on time and promptly got me an estimate. He no showed on the day he scheduled, which was Monday before New Years Eve. Then, he was suppose to come on Jan 2nd but, didn't show up for the 2nd day. I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber. Sad when you don't want my money ! EXTREMELY POOR business to leave the customer "hanging." Avoid AQUALINE PLUMBING !
The tech that came out was thorough and was able to convey diagnostics in a way that was simple enough for me to grasp and understand.
Shawn arrived early. Explained the problem and solution so it was easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

They where on time. Explained what they were going to do. And explain a safety surge protection for the house, and was able to install . VERY courteous. I would recommend them.

Great job and fast! A windstorm pulled a power line down in my backyard and pulled the corner of my roof down. Tim fixed it fast and also tacked up the roof so it wouldn't be hanging down until the roofer could get here. Thank you for great job!
I called Reliable Plumbing Chandler and Aqualine Plumbing showed up with no explanation for the change. Work apears to be good but the COST WAS VERY HIGH. Would not give an estimate over the phone when I called initially and now I know why. RECOMMEND YOU GET AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE OR TRY ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY THAT WILL GIVE A PHONE ESTIMATE.
The service was excellent as was the service was excellent starting with the appointment specialist and ending with the plumber who came to my home. I would use this Aqualine again should the need arise and highly recommend them.
