When you schedule (and even reschedule) appointments it is a very good idea to let people know if you're not planning to show up. And for Saturday appointments (you chose Saturday, not me) why not provide a number where clients can reach you in case you don't show up????????
Showed up on time ( nice ) and finished install in a timely manner. Tech went over all the functions of our new equipment. Softener on the outside for the house and an R/O on the inside for drinking. Very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommended.
