Great building but the concierge are rude and unprofessional.
Lovely building with fabulous facilities. Very responsive management office (Andrea) and excellent concierge staff, especially Ahmed.
Very rude and unprofessional concierge at 55 Merchants' Wharf. Not trained for the job.
Security guard Ahmed (Somali individual in the mid 50-60s) needs home training and needs to learn how to talk to people. Very condescending and irrational. Lacks common sense. He needs to be reviewed at and let go.
