Editorial fromLocated along The Venetian's restaurant row, AquaKnox is a fine option for seafood on the Strip. The comfortable yet contemporary room is strong on blue, flowing tones, making diners feel like they're under water. The wine cellar also…

Amazing food and service – great for seafood and steak.
Aqua Knox = Aqua Not – Buyer beware. Despite how the restaurant markets itself, this is not the marquee restaurant at the Venetian. The restaurant charges a hefty premium for food that's only middling. Service is OK. The seafood sampler platter is striking, but simply not worth the price. The same can be said for every other item on the menu. From first hand experience, it's clear that managing partner Tom Bachner puts the business ahead of properly serving customers. There are many other restaurants that offer a much better... read more
Great Variety – i eat there almost everytime i go to vegas, never had a bad meal. consistantly great. if you like blue cheese you must try the blue cheese caesar salad. they have a great variey of items for groups.
A very nice place for a high end meal – Attended Jan. 21. The initial impression upon entering the restaurant it was very nice....cool colors of blue and purple give the impression of a contemporary environment. The awaiting staff was appropriately attentive; I had asked for a booth with my reservation the day before and would recommend a booth for anyone bringing a date. It feels extremely secluded. The appetizer we chose the Tuna Tataki and Tartare was excellent with the right amount of heat in the tartare from the ginger ... read more
Great ambience, top notch food – I wouldn't consider Aquaknox quite as innovative as many "fine dining" restaurants but the ambience and decor is fun while the raw bar, food, and service is defintely the highest quality. I have eaten soup, salad, appetizer, and main course items and all were very nice - top quality food and often great presentation. If you want a romantic setting there are better places but everyone from trendy folks to first time Vegas visitors to foodies should be reasonably happy with their experience at ... read more
A slick, modern space saturated in blue hues compliments signature seafood delicacies. – In Short Cool blues and sea-greens bathe the spacious dining room. High-rolling diners and Venetian guests gather in circular booths surrounded by ceiling-high white curtains. The cylindrical, walk-in glass wine cellar glistens along the walls with streaming water. Chef Tom Moloney's innovative menu features fish as well as a few meat and poultry dishes. The tender but meaty filet of grouper gets an Asian spin with mild lobster-miso brot... read more
Could've been better – Excellent food, but inconsistent service. We went there on a recent Monday evening and were hoping to be seated earlier than our reservation time. The restaurant was sticking to the scheduled reservations, so we were told to wait at the bar. We were seated promptly and had good service at the bar as well as from our hostess, but the service from our waiter left a bit to be desired. He seemed more interested in serving his other tables and left us waiting awhile before taking our food orders as well as ... read more
Great romantic spot. – First trip to Aquaknox, enjoyed it very much. When I made the reservation, hostess suggested a booth. Great idea, quiet, slightly secluded and very romantic. Stuffed lobster was worth every dollar. Exceptional service. Stick around for dessert. The chocolate fondue for two was the perfect ending.
eh-not bad – my boyfriend and i went several months back. at the time he made the reservations they said they had nothing later than 6. thats way early for us! food was good but not notable to us. portions are small, and the best part was when we left the tables were only half full! they do have frei brothers pinot noir though.
