Worst car service facility in history. They installed my rear brakes incorrectly resulting in both rear rotors, both rear brakes, and one destroyed caliper as a result of their error, all needing replaced. I sent them all of the proof of their error in official condition report with photo's from my auto shop (I even still have the parts that they installed). I have had an oil change here and things went great. They are very attentive to detail. I have also rented a number of Penske trucks from Aquajet and I can tell you they do a superb delivery job AND they really do call before the rental to confirm AND they call afterwards to ensure a great customer experience. A+++++
Stopped in today to get my oil changed. Stood in the lobby for almost ten minutes and nobody came to help me. I left !!! Guess they don't need the business
this place is great. i went for an oil change. everyone that works there is friendly and they are not pushy to get you to buy stuff or change your air filter. there is a free car wash and if your car is not dirty, can get a rain check. you can get your oil changed cheaper other places but this is def. worth it.
I average an oil change every 3 - 4 weeks.(work) I have been going to Aquajet for years and from day one the service has been outstanding. Never have they pressured me to "buy an air filter, buy wiper blades, etc...". The jiffylubes I used to visit constantly PUSHED and pushed to sell the extras. I had my car detailed at Aquajet in Jeannette. The car looked good the first couple of days, but after it rained the car became spotted. We hand washed the car the following day that it had rained and the spots still will not go away. We took the car back to Aquajet and they said "sometimes this happens with the wax they use and suggested we take it home and wax it". Now, I spent $200 to have this car detailed in and out and would not think that a month later we would have to wash and wax the car ourselves to make it right. ... read more
