RecommendedThey were great. Everything was quick, good prices , good boats. I lost my phone and a girl name Torie stayed after hrs just to give me my phone back. she was very nice. We are very happy with this company 😊 🤎🚣♂️
Rented a boat and it only had one ski. The ski rope took over a half an hour to untangle. There was only 2 life jackets on entire boat. And we had 8 people. Terrible customer service and they refused to take responsibility or offer anything to quantify their mistakes. Also- boat was old, speakers were busted, and steering wheel barely turned. Go somewhere else.
Same as this review, they charged my card for the full amount and we try to cancel for the last 3-4 weeks. They issue is they won't pick up, guess we will have to dispute. Bunch of fraud from COVID and can't believe its them. Everything was cancelled for July 4th and they expect to jump on the boat with Texas being the number 1 highest cases in the US. Great place for water fun
Was a little worried about renting with Aquaholics due to the somewhat lack of communication when I booked but upon arrival I realized that they are a truly busy company. My family, friends, & I booked the double decker party barge this past Saturday for my 26th birthday and we had the most amazing time! Check in was super easy and fast and their friendly staff even allowed one of my friends to check us in due to half of the party running late.
