Initially, they were showing up and doing a good job. This is the second month in a row that they missed two weeks cleaning the pool. Nobody returns my calls or responds. Last month they suddenly showed up and cleaned the pool and I didn’t even know if they were still open. This month it’s been the same thing. No response from Tyler. I got an invoice for the previous month wanting full payment for all 4 weeks of work. After texting that we only had two service days the invoice was changed.
