I signed a contract on June 1st, and it is July 10th and the work has not started. This is not a minor job!! I was told for the past 3-4 weeks the hold up was with the city. I called the city on July 8th and asked the city the status of the permit. The city stated they did not have any permit requests/applications on file. I called Aqua on July 8th.
