Aqua Fitness classes are highly recommended. I recently enrolled in a few classes over the past few weeks, as I've been experiencing back and pelvis issues. The classes have been working well in conjunction with my chiropractic treatment. The teachers are amazing, helpful, and encouraging, making the classes enjoyable and inclusive for all participants. Additionally, I've enjoyed meeting new people.

I recently brought my elderly mother in for a trial at your Campbelltown branch, hoping to introduce her to a supportive fitness environment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disheartening.
