Our first encounter was with the senior receptionist. She was cold, unfriendly and unhelpful. She really put us off. Then we met with Michelle at a later stage. Michelle was absolutely lovely and helpful and we also met a really nice guy who give classes there. Nice gym with lots of activities for all your needs.

The new staff during the week are unfriendly and basically rude, when asked for a "coffee to have here please" they brought out my coffee in a takeaway cup, when explained my coffee is to have "here" The staff member huffed and begrudgingly took it back, and then I heard her at the counter talking to her work colleagues in a very derogatory way, The staff member who works Saturdays is the opposite, very friendly, talkative, and helpfull
