DO NOT EVER BUY AQUA DESIGN PRODUCTS – EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. While renovating a high end bathroom, bought a very expensive gold plated faucet (over $1,000) from Aqua design with the expectation that it would be a high quality product. Even after meticulously following the instructions, within a very short period, the plating came off even though no harsh chemical or cleaning products were used.
