We've had a 2000 gallon Koi pond for 10 years and always had trouble with green algae on the rocks and liner, and string algae everywhere. I have tried multiple remedies over the years, but today my water is crystal clear just 3 weeks after starting weekly treatments with Aquaclear pellets and Clearpond pellets!!! Spent $200 based on their recommendation. Did not work. Their remedy was to recommend another $300 product option but would give me 20% off. Not thanks. They should refund my purchase of the original product or provide their updated suggestion at not cost. Last $$ I will ever spend with this company. Purchased 2 bags of Aquacide pellets, recommended as being "Excellent" for the control of Water Shield. The results were 0 control. When I asked the company for help all they could say was I should buy their Shore-Klear product which is only rated as being "Good" at controlling Water Shield. Why would I continue to throw away money on a product that is only rated as "Good" when the product that was rated as "Excellent" didn't work. The company will no longer answer may emails asking for a full refund.
