What a wonderful experience we had with Auqacade. We already had a hot tub but wanted to upgrade. I spoke with Marcus on my own first, and he was so informative about all the models, asking what is was my husband and I wanted from our hot tub. Later both my husband and I went in and Darren went over the models again and we were able to make out decision. They were understanding and answered all my questions, that I'm sure I repeated multiple times. Thank you for making this a stress-free process.
This past weekend, my husband and I purchased a hot tub from Aquacade, specifically working with Marcus. We had visited multiple stores across the city and narrowed our choices down to two units from different businesses.
