Dilapidated and disgusting shower room. I expected much more for the extravagant price they charge for services. You cannot have your phone with you or wear a watch, and no clocks visible so you don't realize you get shorted time! If you pay for 60 or 90 minutes etc, you should get all that time, but after talking to some friends who have been there before we all realized we were being cut short. Terrible service ever! – My fiance wanted to book a bachlorette party for me and some girl friends as a surprise. He called the spa and some girl named Rachel answered the phone and told him that they were completely booked and hung up! He called back 30 minutes later and another Rachel answered the phone but he said that it sounded just like the one he spoke to before and she denied it. They are OK – I have had two massages and one facial at this location. The facial was great and the Massages were ok, depending on the treatment a shower was extra and I had to ask it was not offered, for the price I would have expected a shower a little nicer facility. I found parking in the back but my biggest problem was trying to schedule an appointment. I had two gift certificates here and both times i had to make an appointment almost a month in advance. Great customer service, hard to find parking – Talk about the best facial i ever had, Angelica is the best! Not only did she made me feel at ease. She was able to determine the facial I needed for my type of skin. The Aqua Youth is microdermabrasion with flouroxygen, combined into one awesome exfoliation. My skin never felt or looked so youthful. Angelica is also great at doing quick makeovers that leave you looking like a movie star. I highly recommend going to Aqua Blue and asking for the best facialist around!
