Overall horrible experience with this company and they will block and delete your honest Facebook review. I know others have had good experiences, but I think it’s but they were much bigger projects for them, if you know what I mean. The owner’s communication is absolute horrible. Their work is subpar, they are expensive, and they liked that we paid cash for almost $10k worth of work. It took almost a year to complete the work. We have been a satisfied customer for 20 years. Luis and his team have always made it a priority to take good care of any issues that arise. They are pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. They have always been wonderful to work with and we highly recommend their services.
Luis and the Aqua Works team did an amazing job! My pool was built 5 years ago and my liner started leaking in two and a half years. My original pool builder cut corners and did not prep the cement walls and stairs appropriately leaving no option but to purchase and install a new liner. Aqua Works spend an entire day grinding down sharp cement edges and prepping the pool for the new liner, which included a protective barrier between the concrete and liner.
