Had an issue with the water leak, Aqua Wizard was very responsive and was able to come out for an emergency visit on short. Very knowledgeable and honest service. Appreciate the knowledge and quality service. Will definitely rebook again in future if something comes up.

The tech was friendly but they wanted >$1000 to run a sewer camera. The tech explained this was directly off their established price sheet. You are free to charge whatever you think the market will bear, and I am free to suggest that other potential customers look elsewhere.

They wanted to charge me over $2000 to swap out my water softener. The tech that came out, said the connections were different on every manufacturer. I disconnected my old unit and found the connections to be identical to the original ones. The only difference was the height. The difference was 1/2". I took a scrap piece of plywood, placed it underneath, and $2000+ saved! I was charged around $80 for a quote for that and a kitchen faucet replacement.

I have never left a review in my life, But Brandon at Aqua Wizards came out and was absolutely amazing and deserving of my first ever review. He took the time to hear our concerns and explained the plumbing within our home. He was not in rush and didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. Very informative and explained how our home plumbing worked. Also very affordable! Great experience!!
