Installed my leaf guards incorrectly and water over runs the gutters. The contractor who recommended them and I have both advised them of the problem. It has been over 6 weeks since Caleb acknowledged the issue and knows what needs to be done to fix it. So far have ignored the request to fix it, will not even return calls.
Excellent work installing this older house's initial set of gutters, as well as placing buried drain pipe and basins in the yard to handle the runoff from the roof. Also, Aqua Werx has a very courteous and knowledgeable staff and crew. Very pleased with the company.
The guys at Aqua Werx are top notch! They are knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. They not only care about a great install, but really care about the aesthetic of your home. I highly recommend them.
