This has been one of my favorite places to live. I've been here 6 months now. It's walkable, secure, and spacious. I've lived a lot of places and I feel like I never met my neighbors really or felt like the staff truly cared. Great staff, friendly neighbors, fun community events, and beautiful windows with high ceilings. It's exactly what I wanted in an apartment. (There is a train, but I barely notice it anymore)
Disclaimer: not a resident, review of the viewing experience. I was a walk-in and Johnny (leasing agent) was immediately helpful. We toured the building and the unit that fit my criteria.
I lived here for 2 years and it was overall a good experience. However, be prepared to be ripped off for your deposit. On what was supposed to be my last day, after I had let cleaners I hired into the building, I was told by Johnny the manager that no matter how good of a job my cleaners did I would still be charged a $280 fee. He then apologized for not informing of this sooner that I could have avoided hiring cleaners. I was also charged $95 for paint repairs when the apartment was left in great condition. Had a great experience with leasing and my move. Bria was very kind and welcoming. I am happy with the amenities offered and the professionalism of the leasing team thus far. My two bedroom is spacious and clean. There is noise from the train but I enjoy having it so close.
