Such a great place to live. Property is well taken care off. Maintenance requests are completed usually within a day. And they are always doing projects to keep common areas clean and inviting. Property is well kept and the staff is top tier. Highly recommended.
I had such a great experience touring Aqua Villa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made the entire experience feel comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great layouts. Overall, I walked away from the tour very impressed with both the property and the sense of community. I would definitely recommend checking out Aqua Villa if you're looking for a place to call home in Oakland!
