Unprofessional. Very poor communication after initial visit. Simple filter maintenance turned into leaky pipes and damage to filter tank. Tried to deflect leaks by blaming me for leaning on equipment. I would never put weight on PVC. Not my first rodeo after operating landscape company for 2 decades. When I displayed my displeasure, he began to psychoanalyze me and claimed I was becoming too “emotional “. At that juncture I asked him to leave. I always support entrepreneurs, but this dude ain’t got the tools.

Bad workers and customers service. I paid for the service of pool opening which includes removing the pool cover and start up equipment. When they remove the pool cover that have leaves on it, they just dump all those leaves into the pool. I don’t know how they start the pump but they got the pump and overheat cause the water in the pump to be super hot. I ask them to come fix it since they messed it up but they just give me the middle finger. Do not use this company. Save you money and headache

I am so disappointed in this company. I have been reaching out since JULY 28th to have them come back out to check on a service completed mid June. Since the beginning, I thought communication was poor. Unfortunately, my 69 year old mother was the person who made initial contact with this company (whos seems to have gyp for that reason) had already made a deposit. Needed a 16 x 32 inground pool closing with a Safety Cover. After contacting numerous pool companies, I chose Aqua Turf Solutions for the job. Very happy I did. Daren showed up on time and I was amazed he handled the job himself. He was very competitive in price and I will use him again
