Aqua tots is amazing! My daughter loves being part of it. The instructors are amazing. They always make sure to teach the kids according to their pace and potential. The instructors are very positive and prepared to teach the kids in the ways so that the kids can learn smoothly. The front desk is filled with positive,happy and smiling faces which literally makes your day ! They are always willing to help and guide you when ever you need them. Total chaos, incompetence, and completely unacceptable. Our kids have 2 back to back classes 7:10 and 7:40 and 10 minutes into the first class they rounded up everyone out of the pool saying there's a small "incident" and my options are either letting my kids sit wet for 30 minutes for their 2nd class or pack up and go home. When I asked what the incident was no one could give a straight answer, the front desk lady said "I don't know, could be someone spitted in the pool" now if it's really a safety/hygene hazard obviously t... read more
We absolutely love Aqua-Tots Novi, especially Coach Shelby! She is truly incredible. My husband and I have twin two-year-old boys, and I know it isn’t always easy managing two little ones who are silly and sometimes try to fight with each other in the pool. But Coach Shelby is unbelievably patient, calm, and kind. She not only takes the time to guide them through each step with so much care, but she also takes the time to explain their progress to us as parents. We are so happy at Aqua-Tots! I am so pleased with the progress my little girl has made so quickly. The coaches & staff are wonderful. Laura (mgr) is so pleasant and accommodating. She always goes above and beyond to make things work, and address any concerns. We love instructors Marz, Sami, Ryan, Ava, Justice and Rebecca. Thank you for your patience and encouragement :)
