Wonderful instructors, perfect for little ones who are starting out.... Front desk are so welcoming and always give a smile when you walk in for classes. Also the classes that we can't make to they issue passes to make up for the missed class. Precision and the repetition of training helps kids to really learn to swim. Best decision for my kids
My son was enrolled in swimming lessons here at Aquatots about two years ago. He is on the autism spectrum, and as a parent, I didn’t have high expectations for how much he might improve, knowing that he faces challenges with communication, focus, and behavior. Aqua tots is amazing! My daughter loves being part of it. The instructors are amazing. They always make sure to teach the kids according to their pace and potential. The instructors are very positive and prepared to teach the kids in the ways so that the kids can learn smoothly. Total chaos, incompetence, and completely unacceptable. Our kids have 2 back to back classes 7:10 and 7:40 and 10 minutes into the first class they rounded up everyone out of the pool saying there's a small "incident" and my options are either letting my kids sit wet for 30 minutes for their 2nd class or pack up and go home. When I asked what the incident was no one could give a straight answer, the front desk lady said "I don't know, could be someone spitted in the pool" now if it's really a safety/hygene hazard obviously t... read more
We absolutely love Aqua-Tots Novi, especially Coach Shelby! She is truly incredible. My husband and I have twin two-year-old boys, and I know it isn’t always easy managing two little ones who are silly and sometimes try to fight with each other in the pool. But Coach Shelby is unbelievably patient, calm, and kind. She not only takes the time to guide them through each step with so much care, but she also takes the time to explain their progress to us as parents.
