RecommendedTook our six month old and he had a great time getting used to the water!
Showed up for practice after leaving work early. Paid. Signed in. Daughter got in the water then they came and told us we had to have masks on or we had to leave. All three kids are very upset. It would have been nice if they told us when we called or at least when we got there. But instead they waited until we were already there for 20 minutes.
I keep getting charges on when my kids used to attend one year half ago. I've sent an email and called with no response.
Aqua Tots? Aqua NOT!!! I was honestly regretting this review because my son loved his teacher(s), but the administration at this location is terrible. Please mind you that this review is pre-COVID-19 and is not a result of the current pandemic. We signed up for classes Jan 2020 and at the very start realized that the administration of this location was in shambles. We were initially registered for early Tuesday evening classes, but when my wife arrived for our first session, we were told that the class was overbooked. We wer... read more
RecommendedOur little one has been attending since 8 months. We love how comfortable he is in the water and how cautious he is around the pool. He loves his Coach Corrina. the staff is always welcoming and if you ever call and no one picks up they return your call asap. They are extremely flexible when it comes to cancelling, rescheduling, and changing class dates! Our little one can't wait to go back!

RecommendedWe were already big fans of Aqua Tots Ahwatukee, but I have to say - the way they’ve handled the closures related to the pandemic has made us love them even more. They’ve done such a wonderful job of communicating with members, ensuring their staff gets paid during closures, and taking care of all their families with makeups and extra benefits, on top of being understanding of the families that may need to postpone their lessons. I couldn’t be more impressed.
