RecommendedSuch a fun place to learn to swim. we have been swimming for the past 3 yrs. and my lo is still enjoying it. They have flexible schedules and great classes for all age. Thank you for all that you do for my lo.
UPDATE: After the original post below, the school called back saying they looked further into my account,seeing that I paid through March. Offered to schedule my son for those 4 classes owed to him,however I am over it at this point as the young lady should have looked at my account prior to calling me, but a very nice gesture trying to correct the mistake. RecommendedTook our six month old and he had a great time getting used to the water!
Showed up for practice after leaving work early. Paid. Signed in. Daughter got in the water then they came and told us we had to have masks on or we had to leave. All three kids are very upset. It would have been nice if they told us when we called or at least when we got there. But instead they waited until we were already there for 20 minutes.
Aqua Tots? Aqua NOT!!! I was honestly regretting this review because my son loved his teacher(s), but the administration at this location is terrible. Please mind you that this review is pre-COVID-19 and is not a result of the current pandemic. We signed up for classes Jan 2020 and at the very start realized that the administration of this location was in shambles. RecommendedOur little one has been attending since 8 months. We love how comfortable he is in the water and how cautious he is around the pool. He loves his Coach Corrina. the staff is always welcoming and if you ever call and no one picks up they return your call asap. They are extremely flexible when it comes to cancelling, rescheduling, and changing class dates! Our little one can't wait to go back!
