The costumer service here is poor. My son was having issues with the noise level at lesson which ultimately led to me withdrawing him. Instead of to work with me on a solution they only quoted their withdrawal policy. I was told I could use makeup classes during the last 30 days instead of having to continue to pay, to which I have an email. When I tried to do that they said the information was incorrect.
