Very disappointed with Aqua-Tots' lack of flexibility and customer service. I accidentally scheduled two makeup lessons on back-to-back days through the app and contacted them immediately to correct the mistake. Despite reaching out right away, I was told I would lose the lesson entirely if I canceled. At nearly $40 per class, I simply wanted to move it to another day—not get a refund. Policies are important, but so is common sense and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, neither was shown in this situation.
