I've had such a great experience here! Instructors Lucas and Alyssa are so kind and informative. Also the sweetest ladies work in the front. They are so helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean (just wet) lol and class sizes are small which I really appreciate for my easily distracted child. I can see progress already and he has so much fun in class. Highly recommend!
Our son's teach Ms. Alyssa is awesome and everyone at the location is so nice! Its very clean and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. My wife, son, and I love this place!
This was my son's 1st class and the instructor was awesome but not really happy that the heavy set master instructor asked me to step out. My husband had gotten in the water with our son and I was going to take pictures of my son's first class. The master instructor without explanation told me I needed to step out. Later found out that parents have been allowed to take pictures and record so not sure why that lady was rude to me. Need improvement with customer service.
Shelby has truly enjoyed her lessons with Xavier. We'll be taking lessons for a while at aqua tots. Its fun for not of us.
I am very impressed with Aqua tots! Xavier has extreme patience with my son who at the start was very scared of the pool. The facility is very clean as well as the pool area. I have noticed a huge change in my sons fear of the water. He has already learned many things in his short time. I will definitely be continuing his tuition here.
