We love Aqua Tots!! Our daughter has been coming here for almost 2 years now and every instructor she has had have been great! The front staff and great as well! I would highly recommend.
About a year ago, I reached out to this school as I have a 6 year old son (at the time), who is Autistic. He loves to swim and so we wanted to sign him up at this school. I was told by the staff that the Aquatics Manager, Sarah, was going to give me a call to discuss options. She never called me. Even after several attempts to call her, the staff apologized profusely to me for her behavior, but she never would give me a call. I filed a complaint with BBB and the school never responded. Great staff, facilities and Friendly
Very nice experience for my granddaughters first official swim class!
I have had my grandson enrolled with Aqua-Tots for four years, since he was about 9 months old. The coaches, the management, the staff are all extremely nice and work with my grandson's parents on schedules and make-ups all of the time. He is an unbelievable swimmer and loves the pools! It was hard for him for the first 3-4 visits, but since then he loves his swim lessons and they work with him at his level. My daughter's first steps without mommy started in the water at Aqua-tots. She cried badly the first 3 days of classes and now a year and a half later she is in level 7!!!! We love Aqua-tots! Coaches are wonderful, and all other members are pleasant, attentive and helpful at all times!!!!!! Victoria loves swimming at Aqua-tots! Thank you for giving her lessons for life!!!!
