Good food, but horrible service. The management has clearly understaffed the hotel, especially the restaurant. We called three times for room service, each time going to voice mail. Then, after calling a fourth time, the front desk agent said she'd put the order in herself. One hour later, still no food. I went downstairs to the restaurant to ask for a status update, and they said they were backed up (with hardly anybody in the restaurant). Our waitress Talia was wonderful with her recommendations and the food was delicious and came out super fast.
Staying at the hotel for almost a week so we included the breakfast served here. The first day I got a bit nauseous but wrote it off. The second day we both got coffee and the breakfast sandwich with sausage and both felt sick within an hour. My kid had the pancakes and some of my sandwich, he had and upset stomach and nausea.
