We’ve recently just signed up for a pool. We dealt with Emma in Mandurah she has been amazing to deal with.We definitely weren’t the easiest but Emma went beyond to get all the answers for us.
Emma sales rep is friendly excellent services and great advise When the pool was getting installed the temporary fencing got place 2 days later got a call from the supervisor they installed 40 Mt my contract is for 28 meter i need to pay the excess i said no as they only installed extra cause of the dirt . Got the pool inspected by the shire and failed 1.self closing gate 2. Aqua technics customer service and Riverina Pools. Have been a nightmare! unprofessional scheduling of trades, trades behaviours leaving rubbish, disrespectful and walking off the job! Customer service schedulers team, no problem solving skills and no understanding of clients needs. Handover was completed on Friday. They scheduled an electrician to dig the trenching at the same time as pencil compaction! Yep, how that works is beyond me! Emma from mandurah has been Amazing, Nothing was to hard she did so much work for us and we are extremely grateful Daley and the boys were so professional we couldn't of asked for a better team right down to the crane operators Thank you so much 🙏 couldn't recommend a better team !!!
