Aqua technics customer service and Riverina Pools. Have been a nightmare! unprofessional scheduling of trades, trades behaviours leaving rubbish, disrespectful and walking off the job! Customer service schedulers team, no problem solving skills and no understanding of clients needs. Handover was completed on Friday. Installation day Feedback Troy was our bobcat/excavator. He arrived on time, was friendly and confirmed our datum point before he began to measure and peg out the dig zone. Highly experienced operator! He cleaned our side access area where his truck was and the entry to the yard before leaving. Legend! Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable. Emma in the Mandurah office has high standards of customer service and remained in contact with us throughout the year while searching pools not just with Aquatechnics but with other companies too.
