Easy five stars. We stopped by the display centre and were impressed straight away. The team were friendly, down to earth, and really knew their stuff without any pressure. The quality of the pools speaks for itself, everything is solid and well finished. The whole process has been smooth and we’re stoked with the result. Floating around in the backyard now feels like a proper little getaway.
We’ve just purchased our pool through Aqua Technics with Edwin and had a great experience so far. Fantastic customer service and we were really happy with the discount we received. Looking forward to installation!
After being hesitant at first after seeing some bad reviews, I could not be more impressed and genuinely so glad I did go with aqua techs for our pool. I had Edwin from sales and he is the reason why I am writing this, he was amazing with consistently helping with returning phones quickly, helping me in so many aspects from how many lights to get/ to any little question I had.
