I am super impressed with and highly recommend Aquatech. Last summer the 150 HP Verado engine on my 2006 Boston Whaler 180 Dauntless wouldn’t run below about 1000 RPMs and I took it to another Mercury dealer in the fall. I called Aqua tech for help with an overheating issue that I believed was due to a blockage or corrosion in the transom of my stern drive. I spoke with Troy about converting to a thru hull connection and having a Bravo III drive serviced performed at the same time. Troy was honest about the options and possible scenarios that could arise when dealing with a 27 year old transom assembly. Troy and company are the best on the west side of the Puget Sound. High quality guaranteed work with a inquisitiveness and drive to get any job done right. If they don’t provide the services, they know the best to refer you to so that you are taken care of. Been going to Aquatech Marine for over a decade and I always feel safe and confident on the water in all weather conditions.

I posted on this topic about 9 months ago. I just checked to see how many views it had. Looks like some 5k. Imagine my surprise to see that the owner Troy has removed my original pictures. They showed fully corroded and unremovable bolts holding together the boats exhaust risers and elbows. There were 5 pictures. Now there is a picture that I did not take. I could rave for a long time about these guys but I’ll just stick to facts. Dropped off on a Saturday to have a Simrad go7 gps installed. Easy. Had price estimate ready that was exactly what I was expecting from a high quality place. Very fair. I gave them a few extra things I hoped they could take care of too. Some involved my engine, which was a Yamaha. They are a Mercury dealer but told me they will take care of it. They were very accommodating and promised to call me with a price quote.
