Wouldn't give estimate over the phone, waived service fee for visit, said they had everything I needed on truck. Only to hear that when they arrived, no items in stock, no estimate given yet and next time they come out no service fee waived. Never returned call or completed job.

9/28/21 Be warned!!! Sadly, AquaTech as we knew it is no longer in business! I was a customer of theirs for years, they also had excellent service, reasonable prices, and very high quality. They were a go to! They have been bought out by Schaible's Plumbing, but despite that, Schaible's still answers the phone as AquaTech and shows up in the AquaTech trucks. Customer service is abysmal, tech was unprofessional, and they tried to bait & switch me on a carbon rebed. Stay very far away from this company.
Professional from the time the phone is answered to completion. Price is excellent as is the service!! Highly recommend this company for water treatment, plumbing, and air conditioning!! Great job!!
