We had a biohazard situation with a broken sewage pipe, so time was of the essence. I called a few other companies who couldn't work us in or didn't return calls. Ryan, the owner of Aqua Plumbing, was communicative and came out to inspect and eventually do the work himself. He had to saw through large tree roots to cut the pipe and replace it. Udate Beware: After we canceled the follow on repaid visit with the service provider, we contacted our home warranty provider to treat the condition as a pre-existing condition. This is strange, especially since the service provider had scheduled a follow on visit to fix the damage and reported the leak as a pre-existing condition after we had a fallout. 3 other plumbers had been contacted to replace my hot water dispenser. Ryan’s company was the ONLY one that responded and finished the job in a timely manner. He kept in constant contact with me and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and would use his company again.
