After jeff the owner, has your money for a complete water system, $$$... and reverse osmosis, you are no longer " The valued customer you once were". You just become one of the many people who need a bi- annual, or annual check-up for a few bucks, and can be put on the back burner, or better yet like me, one who makes an appointment two weeks ahead ,Takes off work, just to have no one show up all day, or evening.
